Sourcing Free Perfume Samples

There are several places to acquire free perfume samples from; with the internet one of the best avenues of sourcing free product samples from manufacturers, distributors, forums and trade groups.
Anything from designer perfumes, books and craft freebies can be obtained online.
If you are looking for samples of a particular product, it’s worth taking some time to check out the variety of websites that are known for free product giveaways.
More often than not however, such free samples only come in very small tester sizes to give you a little taste and later tempt you into buying the regular size. On occasion, you might get lucky enough to obtain standard size free samples if the manufacturers or distributors are having special giveaway promotions. This type of giveaways is especially popular at grocery stores when manufactures give away new products that they have just added to their current line.
In any case, what you can get for free would differ from company to company depending on their size and the brands and range of products they carry. For instance, there are several sites that offer free perfume samples online, and while the bigger brands may be happy to send you free samples postage free, the smaller companies might prefer the customers to collect their freebies at the recipient’s own cost. In which case, your free fragrance sample could end up costing you $3 or more in postage fee.
One of the instances where both small and large size free perfumes are given away is when there is a new perfume launch. The brand or perfume house usually sends out big samples out to the big department stores and beauty retailers. They do this so that the customers coming to the perfume counters can try the perfumes for free. The perfume houses also supply free small samples of their best selling perfumes that are be given away to the customers.
As a matter of fact, I also do this in my own perfume business. I give away small vials of free perfume samples with every purchase, with the content of each just enough for two or three applications.
This way, my customers are able to try out the other perfumes in my range of products for free. I also attach 1ml vial of perfume to each of my business cards. This means that anyone I give a card to also gets a free perfume to try out. These two strategies are by far my most effective means of advertising, since most of the people I give out the samples to end up placing an order at a later date.
In my opinion, if you’re interested in getting hold of free samples of a perfume you are interested in, the best way to do so is to go along to the perfume counters in your nearest mall. Ask the sales assistants if they have any free samples of the perfume you are after, they are usually more than happy to let you have them if they have any in stock.
